Project enquiries
When you contact us, we process the information you provide: your name, contact details, project information and any plans or photographs. We use it to respond and prepare a discussion and offer. Requests from prospective clients are handled to take steps requested before a contract; professional correspondence is handled in our legitimate interest in responding and organising the collaboration.
Service providers and retention
The website is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Hosting and email providers may process the information needed to operate their services. Technical logs include IP addresses and requested pages and are used for security and diagnostics; log rotation is configured for 10 days. Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and to meet applicable legal obligations or handle claims.
Cookies and external content
This version of the website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Photographs, fonts and the film are served from the website infrastructure without an external video player.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP. We do not use enquiry data for automated decisions with legal effects.
